Ferran Torres misses Spain camp with an ankle problem
The PSG forward left the Spain camp over left-ankle discomfort and, after not appearing on PSG’s medical report, recovery continues in Paris.
Ferran Torres (Paris Saint-Germain) left the Spain national team camp due to discomfort in his left ankle, meaning he did not continue with the group. As reported by Mundo Deportivo, he returned to Paris to continue his recovery and his name is not listed on PSG’s medical update, a sign that he could be in contention with Luis Enrique.
The call was made out of caution after the issue persisted during the international break, with the medical teams of both Spain and PSG in contact throughout the assessment. Torres has started the season strongly: four goals in five Ligue 1 games, including a brace versus Rennes and strikes against Brest and Olympique de Marseille, plus a hat-trick in the Champions League 6-1 win over Slovan Bratislava.
