Flick keeps the PSG back line for El Clásico without Koundé

Rodri and Pedri in midfield, Lamine Yamal fixed on the right, Olmo out and Fermín in the No. 10 role. This is the probable line-up for the 24 October Clásico.

Hansi Flick is expected to keep much of the defence that started against PSG in the Champions League on 20 October, with changes forced by injuries. According to Mundo Deportivo, the German coach has little room to choose and would keep the base that has started most of his first 12 official matches.

Jules Koundé has not recovered in time from the left ankle injury he picked up against Betis, and Eric García (muscle injury in the right rectus femoris) and Christensen (left quadriceps problem) are also out. Xavi Espart could play at right-back, with Cancelo on the left and Cubarsí and Gerard Martín in central defence.

Rodri and Pedri would form the double pivot, as they have in seven other matches this season. Lamine Yamal is the only undisputed starter on the right wing, and Olmo, out with a left adductor problem, leaves the No. 10 role to Fermín. The doubt is on the left wing, between Gordon and Adeyemi, while Raphinha would return to the front: 14 goals this season, 12 of them in LaLiga.
