Gavi (Barcelona) warns: «go to war» in the El Clásico
The Barça midfielder says they’ll play “to the death” for three points in Sunday’s El Clásico vs Real Madrid.
Gavi, from FC Barcelona, brought fire to a media day ahead of Sunday’s El Clásico against Real Madrid, saying: “I like to go to war in El Clásicos” and “we’re going to go all out from the start.” In DAZN, the Andalusian stressed that “what matters to us is to take the three points, yes or yes,” underlining the intention to win against the Whites every time.
He also pointed to how important the coach’s message is, adding that the squad needs to be clear about what to do in matches like these. “We’re all Barça, and all of us want to win against Real Madrid,” he said, setting the tone for the game.
