Héctor Fort misses Euskal Herria Txapela derby with late discomfort

Héctor Fort is ruled out of the squad for the Euskal Herria Txapela derby at the last minute due to physical discomfort. As the club explains to Mundo Deportivo, the issue is not serious and should not keep him from training with the group.

That means Fort is expected to be back with the team on Monday or Tuesday. It’s a tough timing for the start of his Real Sociedad stint after arriving from Barça for €8.5m for 60% of his rights. In Anoeta, the plan is for Iñaki Rupérez to start, wearing the 35 shirt.
