JJ Gabriel (Man Utd) still undecided: Barça, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG
The 16-year-old winger has options as Europe’s big clubs monitor his situation, while Man United weighs legal action.
JJ Gabriel, the Manchester United youngster, and his family are yet to decide on his future despite interest from Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, Sky Sports reports. It’s increasingly likely that his next club will be in Europe.
Gabriel turned 16 on Tuesday, the age at which European clubs are allowed to sign him to a professional contract. He can also apply for a European passport through his parents.
Sky Sports News said on Monday evening that United would consider legal action if he moves to a European club. That doesn’t appear to worry Gabriel or his camp, and he’s still expected to leave Old Trafford—he was pictured in United’s squad photo for the 2026/27 season on Monday.
