Jonas Hofmann may choose the MLS over Saudi Arabia
The 34-year-old at Bayer turned down a Saudi offer this summer and now eyes an overseas move, with the MLS a possibility.
Jonas Hofmann, from Bayer Leverkusen (34), says Saudi Arabia is not his next stop. As kicker reports, he rejected a Saudi offer last summer, despite being used more as a bench option at Bayer.
The direction now looks overseas, with the MLS on the table. Hofmann’s motivation is clear: he’s chasing a new challenge and, at least for now, doesn’t seem to be thinking about retiring.
