Jonas Hofmann still not ready to retire: MLS could be next
Despite being used mainly as a substitute at Bayern, the 35-year-old says he’s not done yet and hints at a move to the MLS.
Jonas Hofmann, at Bayern München, is still not thinking about calling time on his career even after spending more time as a reserve. The 35-year-old turned down a proposal from Saudi Arabia last summer and is now looking for a new challenge.
In comments reported by kicker, the winger points to an overseas option too, saying: “Es kann auch über den Ozean gehen”, with the MLS left as a likely destination.
