Maximilian Wöber is ruled out until year-end and captain Kenan Karaman is also missing for Köln, per kicker.
FC Schalke 04 have been hit with more injury trouble: Maximilian Wöber is set to miss action until the end of the year, and Kenan Karaman—the club captain—will also be unavailable for the trip to Köln, according to kicker.
Coach Miron Musliç said Wöber’s problem is expected to keep him out for the long term. Schalke will also have to reshuffle without their leader as Karaman is ruled out for the match in Köln.
