Konstantinos Karetsas faces another layoff as Dortmund fear repeat injury

Karetsas, 18, injured himself during Borussia Dortmund’s trip to Union Berlin and is set for another enforced break as diagnosis is pending.

Borussia Dortmund is once again worried about Konstantinos Karetsas. The 18-year-old Greek got injured during the BVB match at Union Berlin, and kicker reports the club fears another Zwangspause.

Right after the final whistle, an exact diagnosis was still not available, so the length of the absence remains unclear. The tests will decide how long the winger has to stay out.
