Kylian Mbappé vs PSG: court issues non-suit over moral harassment probe

Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain are left without a judicial outcome: Paris investigators ruled a non-lieu in the probe into alleged moral harassment by the club, as reported by RMC Sport.

The case followed Mbappé’s criminal complaint against his former team, which triggered an investigation. He withdrew his complaint in July 2025.

No sufficient charges

In May 2026, the investigating judges again set aside the case, citing the lack of “sufficient charges,” according to a source close to the file who spoke with AFP.
