Laurent Nuñez rules out postponing PSG vs Barça in the UCL

Laurent Nuñez, France’s Interior Minister, ruled out postponing PSG vs Barça in the Champions League. The match is scheduled for Tuesday at 21:00, on matchday 3.

As RMC Sport reports, Nuñez spoke at Matignon alongside Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu, saying the issue “does not arise” for the Tuesday night game in Paris and for other European competitions fixtures, including one in Lille. He underlined that matches are not being called into question.

For the tie at the Parc des Princes, 2,200 Barça supporters are expected in the away end. Police do not classify it as “high risk” by the DNLH, but security resources will be tightly focused on the outside areas following a tense weekend in Paris.
