Leo Messi hits 21 goals or assists in his last 13 matches

Leo Messi has kept the standard sky-high with a run of a G/A in every one of his last 13 matches, racking up 21 goals or assists in that stretch, as noted by Fabrizio Romano.

The list of opponents shows constant output: vs Nashville (assist), Philadelphia (goal), Toronto (goal), Montréal (multiple goals plus an assist), Atlanta (assist), Chicago (assist) and a second Nashville match (goal). He’s also involved in games against Cruz Azul (goal and assist), San Diego (goal), Columbus (goal), Benin (two assists), DC United (two goals) and NY City (assist).

The bigger picture adds up too: the post points to 20+ assists for club and country and highlights it as his ninth calendar year reaching that mark: 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2022, 2025 and 2026.
