Injuries that shape the XI
For Sevilla, Lucas Stassin is out with a myofascial injury in the long adductor of his right leg, and he is expected back after the international break. Rubén Vargas is also unavailable at full capacity due to ongoing right-knee discomfort. In addition, Sangante is set to return, while Kike Salas is carrying a knock.
On the Barcelona side, the main update is Joan García’s absence, with mild right-knee issues after a bad move in the match against Racing de Santander. Everything points to Szczesny taking his place in goal.
