Lille edge past Le Havre to take provisional Ligue 1 top spot via Dilane Bakwa

Lille got the better of Le Havre with an early strike from Dilane Bakwa in the 5th minute, then held on through a tough spell to take provisional top spot in Ligue 1.

As reported by L'Équipe, the game turned after Ayumu Seko was sent off in the 71st minute, forcing Le Havre to play the rest with ten men.

With the win, Lille move to first place while awaiting the outcome of Monaco and Paris FC’s matches later this Saturday evening, which could reshuffle the standings depending on results.
