Luken Beitia rules out: ankle sprain after Real’s post-match training
Real confirms Luken Beitia suffered a left ankle sprain and will miss next games, starting with Union Saint-Gilloise.
Real Sociedad confirmed that Luken Beitia, with the club at Anoeta, was injured during the post-match session. Tests carried out today indicate he has a left ankle sprain.
The winger had to leave training limping, with members of the medical staff helping him. The setback adds to the squad’s problems for the coming fixtures: as things stand, he will miss Thursday’s trip to Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium and, unless things change, also Sunday’s game against Málaga.
This comes on top of the existing absences, with Aramburu and Odriozola injured and Marín suspended in LaLiga.
