Malard and Baltimore rescue Chelsea at Crystal Palace
Chelsea come from behind to win 3-1 at Crystal Palace, with two Malard goals and a late Baltimore penalty avoiding a first-ever defeat to the London side.
According to Sky Sports, Chelsea came from behind to beat Crystal Palace 3-1 at the 360 Engage Stadium. The Blues dominated early on but went behind when Molly Bartrip bundled home a corner in the 20th minute, Palace's first goal against Chelsea in eight meetings between the two sides.
Melvine Malard equalised in the 51st minute with a strike from around 25 yards, moments after missing an open goal. Sandy Baltimore, introduced at half-time, set up Malard's second in the 75th minute after beating three defenders, then converted a late penalty in the 90th minute to seal the points.
The win temporarily sends Chelsea top of the WSL, ahead of Manchester City's trip to Manchester United.
