Manchester United cut 322 jobs, nearly 30% of their workforce

Manchester United has started a workforce reduction of 322 jobs fewer, close to 30% of its total headcount, according to The Telegraph.

The sharpest cuts are in the media and commercial departments. The media side has seen staffing drop 45%, while the commercial area is down 44%.

The club’s aim is to reduce losses by cutting staff, while working toward a more sustainable structure and pushing to increase revenues.
