Martin Terrier injured early: Bayer fears tendon involvement

The forward went off injured early in the 4-0 win in Posen and Carles Martínez rules him out vs Freiburg.

Martin Terrier of Bayer Leverkusen was taken off early in the 4-0 win in Posen after picking up a thigh injury. Head coach Carles Martínez has ruled him out for the game against SC Freiburg.

As reported by kicker, the club is also worried the problem could extend beyond the thigh, with concern that a tendon may be involved—potentially keeping him out for longer.
