Mbappé’s Paris trip after training: the reason revealed

Kylian Mbappé, of Real Madrid, made a quick trip to Paris yesterday: he left after training at Valdebebas and returned later that night. The move has added fuel to the controversy around the French forward.

Inside the club there are voices questioning his image during the last international break, but others believe some of his actions are being blown out of proportion. OK Diario, as reported by Mundo Deportivo, says the trip had been agreed and planned well in advance.

The report adds that Mbappé attended a charity event with children from a foundation, and Real Madrid wants the full context to be known before criticism starts.

In France, there’s also speculation that Mbappé could end up leaving Real Madrid.
