Miguel Galán expands complaint against Javier Tebas over Real Madrid X post

Miguel Galán, head of the Association Democracia y Transparencia en el Deporte, has expanded his complaint against Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, over an X message where he likened Real Madrid’s leadership and its TV channel to “propaganda mechanisms” tied to Goebbels.

As Mundo Deportivo reports, the twenty-page document asks the case to be taken to the TAD for a alleged very serious breach of the Sports Law, and to apply Tebas’s removal and disqualification while proceedings are underway.

Galán argues the complaint is bolstered because Tebas continued posting on the same line, including accusations of “manipulation and falsehood” and that Real Madrid presents itself “as a victim” after procedures are challenged.
