Nsongo Bill scores his first top-flight goal for Deportivo

Nsongo Bill, the Deportivo forward, scored his first goal in the top flight against Levante, in a match where the Galician side once again failed to keep a clean sheet. MARCA points out that the goal came from a carefully crafted move: Yeremay pulled in up to five Levante players before the ball finally fell to the ’32’, who made it count.

With Eddahchouri and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang sidelined by injuries, coach Antonio Hidalgo kept faith in Nsongo as the team’s main attacking reference and paired him with Yeremay. The report also underlines that the striker was decisive last season in Segunda for Deportivo’s promotion.
