OM faces Leverkusen after Graz loss as its Europa League run continues
After the 0-1 defeat at Graz left Marseille on zero points, the next Europa League fixtures will decide their qualification hopes.
Olympique de Marseille heads into its Europa League schedule with a jolt after going down at Graz (0-1), a result that keeps the club stuck on zero points. The next matches are therefore crucial if the side wants to reach the following stage.
As outlined by L’Équipe, Marseille’s programme includes a difficult trip to Bayer Leverkusen, followed by a later game that looks more manageable on paper. With the league phase still ongoing, the OM now needs points quickly to turn around the start after the defeat in Austria.
