Ousmane Dembélé and Nuno Mendes return to PSG training before Man City
Dembélé and Mendes are back after Tuesday’s rest, ahead of the PSG trip to Manchester City in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Ousmane Dembélé and Nuno Mendes returned to PSG’s Campus de Poissy after a rest period that started last Tuesday. The French forward rejoined on Saturday, while the Portuguese full-back did so on Sunday, aiming to be ready for the Champions League clash against Manchester City.
The game is scheduled for Wednesday at 21:00, three days before PSG travel to north England for what Luis Enrique’s side sees as its first big European test of the season. The PSG coach will have “almost the whole group” at his disposal, but Senny Mayulu is ruled out with a muscular injury picked up with the under-21s.
As L'Équipe reports, the pair’s return shapes up the PSG plan after an intense international break.
