Pablo García slams Racing: “We need to wake up away”
The Racing forward criticised a lack of early intensity on the road and urged a change after losing to Osasuna.
Pablo García, Racing’s forward, was blunt after their loss to Osasuna: he believes the team lacks intensity from the first minutes and called on everyone to “look in the mirror” to “wake up away from home”, according to MARCA.
Start strong
He pointed to a run of matches where they start “disconnected”, highlighting the Camp Nou last week and this game. In his view, in top-flight football “nobody forgives you” even the smallest lapse if you don’t commit from the opening moments.
More goals, better defence
García also thanked the fans and the travelling support (“brutal the backing they give us”) and insisted we need to be “much more effective” in attack and improve defensively as well.
