FC Andorra says Pau López missed the weekend match because of a miofascial injury to the long adductor in his left leg. The issue came after discomfort during a training session, and tests confirmed the problem.
The club adds that the goalkeeper is already working with the medical staff to recover as soon as possible, with his progress set to determine his availability.
Since arriving, Pau López has been a regular: he started six of the eight league matches and conceded 12 goals in those games. His next chance will be shaped by his condition after the Sabadell game, before FC Andorra’s Copa del Rey KO debut against Varea.
