Pavel Sulc to undergo knee surgery, out almost four months

Lyon playmaker Pavel Sulc will undergo surgery and will be sidelined for almost four months. According to L'Équipe, the injury affects the meniscus of his right knee and was picked up in training early this week.

The Czech midfielder will have to go under the knife and will not return to action until he completes his recovery, leaving Lyon without one of its key playmakers for a large part of the season.
