Pellegrino Matarazzo maps Real Sociedad return with almost no internationals

Pellegrino Matarazzo, head coach of Real Sociedad, has set the roadmap after the international break: the squad return to training on Monday evening (18:00) and are expected to arrive from duty with minimal workload for Sunday’s 16:15 match at Anoeta against Deportivo La Coruña.

After the first session in Zubieta (18:00), training shifts to the morning on Tuesday and Wednesday, with runs at 11:00 to boost tactical and physical intensity. Following three straight days of high demand, the group gets Thursday off.

As Mundo Deportivo reports, Jon Martín, Sucic, Óskarsson, Oyarzabal, Aramburu and Yangel play on Tuesday, so their return is not expected until two days before the game. Real will train again on Friday at 18:00 and complete the build-up on Saturday at 11:00 with a closed-door morning session.
