PSG vs Barcelona: Champions clash shifts off Canal+
PSG host Barcelona this Tuesday for the 3rd league-phase match, but it won’t be broadcast on Canal+.
PSG host Barcelona this Tuesday at the Parc des Princes for the 3rd round of the Champions League league phase, but fans won’t be able to watch it on Canal+.
RMC Sport reports that Canal+ holds the full broadcasting rights for the 2026-2027 season, yet chooses which matches appear on its main channel. Since the start of the season—and also last year—Canal+ has reserved the Tuesday night slot on its flagship channel for film programming. This Tuesday, subscribers will be offered the biopic Furcy, Né libre.
The PSG–Barça game will instead be shown on Canal+ Foot. It’s available to viewers with the Sport Pack, which guarantees access to 100% of European competitions. Without that package, supporters will need an alternative way to follow the tie.
