Quentin Merlin left out as Rennes travel to Paris FC

The Rennes left-back asked to play in N2 with the reserves instead of making the trip for Sunday’s 17:15 match.

Quentin Merlin, Rennes left-back, is not included in the squad for the trip to Paris FC. As reported by L'Équipe, he has been left out for Sunday’s 17:15 fixture.

The reason is straightforward: Merlin requested to play with the reserve team in N2 rather than stay with the first-team group. It mirrors what happened last Sunday at Auxerre, when he was also left out of the trip.
