Real Sociedad head to Belgium with 24 players and Óskarsson returns

Real Sociedad travel to Belgium this Wednesday with a squad of 24 players. Head coach Óscar Matarazzo decided Gorka Carrera would not join the group after training the day before, so he misses out on the list.

The returnees are Álex Marchal and Orri Óskarsson, who both missed Sunday’s match. Marchal is back after being ill for several days and then left out for technical reasons, while Óskarsson returns following a suspension in the league.

There are also three injury absences: Aramburu, Odriozola and Luken Beitia. The only other change is in goalkeeping, with Fraga replacing Folgado as the third-choice keeper. The team depart from Zubieta at 14:00 for Brussels and train at 19:30 at Den Dreef, after press conferences from Matarazzo and Sergio Gómez.
