Rubi emerges as a serious option for Leganés’ bench

Leganés are in trouble in the standings after this Friday’s home loss to Córdoba, and at Butarque they are already weighing the dismissal of Rubén Albés. As MARCA reports, the sporting leadership is seriously considering a change due to the team’s lack of consistent play and their delicate position in the table.

Heading for a bench switch

With talks reportedly moving fast over the past few hours, Rubén Albés’ exit is now treated as practically settled, and the club starts working on a successor. In that context, Rubi is gaining momentum as a very serious option: contacts have allegedly begun to gauge the coach’s willingness and start defining the terms of the move, even if the board keeps other alternatives on the table.
