Valencia sack Mikel Crespo after seven winless Liga F starts

Valencia Femenino has dismissed Mikel Crespo after a winless start to Liga F in 2026-2027. The club has lost its first seven matches and remains the only team yet to register a single point.

Crespo joined the club in summer 2025 to lead the side back to Liga F after relegation, achieving promotion in under a year. However, the return to the top flight has proved tough since the opening rounds, with the team sitting at the bottom of the table.

The decision also affects assistant coach Alejandro Moreno, who will not continue either. Valencia Femenino confirmed the change in an official statement on Tuesday, thanking both for their dedication and professionalism since taking charge in Primera Federación 2025-26.
