Yassir Zabiri (Racing Santander) scores 7 in 8 in LaLiga

Yassir Zabiri, the Racing de Santander forward, is flying in LaLiga with seven goals in eight matches for the newly promoted side. At 21, the Moroccan has already turned in a hat-trick vs Elche on his first start and followed it with a brace against Alavés.

Zabiri is on loan from Stade Rennais, arriving in Spain during the last summer window. As RMC Sport notes, if he keeps producing at the same pace, Racing could move closer to Rennais to work toward a permanent transfer.

For now, the top scorer race is still led by Raphinha: the FC Barcelona star has 12 league goals and 3 assists, and the Blaugrana remain unbeaten across all competitions.
