Valentin Rosier set to return for Osasuna: in contention vs Betis

Valentin Rosier is set for a return with Osasuna after recovering from the preseason injury. According to MARCA, the French full-back completed his first full training session with the group and looks on track to be included in Luis Miguel Ramis’ squad for the match against Real Betis on October 11.

His comeback doesn’t guarantee immediate minutes, since he still needs a few more training sessions before the game, but it does reopen the door to getting back on the pitch after weeks out. While Rosier progresses, Íñigo Arguibide has taken over on that flank and is currently the youth player with the most minutes in Osasuna’s first team this campaign.

Meanwhile, Jorge Herrando and Raúl Moro continue their rehabilitation. Moro is set to miss three to four weeks, and Asier Bonel didn’t train after picking up a muscular injury last weekend.
